The Climb reimagines one of cinema’s most iconic moments — the ascent of the Empire State Building — through the lens of female power and AI-age mythology. Here, the damsel is no longer the victim of the beast but the protagonist of her own elevation. She ascends not to be rescued, but to conquer.

In latex and mesh, her body becomes a sculptural extension of the skyscraper — architecture, sexuality, and surveillance collapsing into one vertical gesture of defiance. Drones hover like worshippers or paparazzi, their lenses spinning with devotion and threat. The city beneath her fades into abstraction, a grid of data and memory.

Through The Climb, Miss AL Simpson rewrites cinematic history for the post-human age — the beauty once objectified now becomes the machine’s muse, its master, and its mirror.
